Another glimps in the head of a crazy person

Still in London!

Mood: Sick

hey peoples!

Isn’t it strange seeing another blog so soon? It kind is, isn’t it? But being in London, I will have to update every day, to keep you updated!

Lisanne and i slept on the couch last night (no, not on the same couch! get your dirty mind out of the gutter, will you! we each had one of our own). And I was a little broken in the morning. This raspitory infection has hit me hard. I sound weird, my nose is on the run and I’m coughing like a seal. Let, me tell you… it’s not fun!

But, that put aside, being sick isn’t gonna spoil the fun! After taking a hot shower and drinking some camomille tea, Lisanne and I desided to go to Camden Town. This happens to be a great place to go shopping when you have a lot of money. Which, unfortunattely, we do not -_- but we still spend a pretty dime there. I’ve bought some lovely things for some of my friends :D and I FINALLY bought myself a corset! Hurray!!!! It’s purple and black and it wasn’t so expensive as some of the ones I’ve seen on the market itself. I’ve looked at many great things and Lisanne and I agreed that if we won a million dollars/euro/pounds, we would go back to London and spend a lot of money on Camden Lock. We met up with Ilse at the Starbucks (where else?) and walked for about 7 hours around all the tiny little shops and stands. We tried some of the food there. You gotta admit that if every foodvendor is offering you a piece of food, it gets very tempting.

Lisanne has a friend that lives in London as well, so she agreed to meet her for dinner, while Ilse and I went back to her house. We desided to eat inside, since I am still sick and we’re not going to see any musicals tonight, because we just didn’t really have the time, hahaha! Instead, we agreed that we’d go see two musicals on Thursday.

Tomorrow we have eating Sushi, going to the Dress Circle planned and seeing Wicked in the evening :D , so until then my pretties!

Love,
Mo

**giving a shout out to my Puffin, and she can expect to see a lot of pressies coming her way :D **

Welcome to London!

Mood: High on coffee?

Hey everyone, after so many depressing messages, I figured it would be a good thing to write something positive again. Yesterday was my birthday and i want to thank each and every one of of you that remembered it and spend time at my house (how ever short) It was great fun! (special thanks to those that took time out to write on my closet ^_^ )

As a birthday present, sorta, Lisanne took me to London this morning. We left at 7:15am to arive at the airport at 8am. We spent some time drinking coffee and eating breakfast before we boarded the plain. We were stopped by this bitch at the airport control that wanted us to put our bags in to our suitcase before we even took one step further. I wasn’t even allowed to walk over to the table for better acces. Stupid woman… >_<

We took the plane to London Stansted and from there we took the bus to Victoria Station. We Met up with Ilse at the Starbucks in front of the Apollo Victoria. We first went to Starbucks for some coffee and then desided to get some tickets for Avenue Q, as it was Paul Spicer’s first. After that we went to Ilse’s house and spent some time there, until it was time for us to get ready and go out to dinner. We walked around for a while, looking at the dinners, when we suddenly saw this American looking 50’s dinner. We ate there and it was really good! When we were done we went to the Avenue Q theater and bought a program. We took our seats and talked for a while until the show started. I was happy to see Paul Spicer being the first person to be on stage. I was so happy for him to be doing this show too. Some of his best friends were in this show (Julie Atherton for example :D ) The show itself was amazing. We had Cassidy Janson as Kate Monster/Lucy The Slut. She did a fantabulous job!! And Paul… well, I can’t say he was anything BUT a-friggin-mazing! i don’t know whether I loved his Princeton better or his Rod. With Princeton he used that gorgeous voice of his, but as Rod, he twisted his voice and brought a lot of comedy to his character.  I really couldn’t tell you if i liked ” If you were gay”  better or ” You can be as loud as the hell you want”. Because there were some things in that last part, that I never would have expected to see from Paul. But then again, I don’t think I would have wanted to miss it for anything in the world. There is nothing like a first time, huh? ;) Tom Parson did a wonderful job as well, and we laughed and sang along and laughed some more. I am glad we saw the show! After the show we went to the stage door where we met up with Tom, who happened to like the way we say  ” the Netherlands” instead of Holland. Holland isn’t the correct name for the country. it’s a PART of the country. The whole country is the Netherlands, Holland is only the part on the left (Nort and South)  We had him sign our booklet and took a picture with him :D and i am glad to see Julie (his girlfriend) was there too. She looked gorgeous as ever. Than we waited for Paul and he came out with a big bouquette of flowers. I guess they gave it to him because it was his first performance :D He talked for a while with us. Asking for our names so he could sign our booklets personally :D (this time it was easier to read his handwriting and we love you too Paul!) We talked about previous performances, like Michael Bruce. When he asked me for my name and I said “Monique”  and he was like ” of course you are… I think I remember you from before… but mostly from Twitter. You write wonderfull messages”  **queue me melting!** and he asked me if we were at Michael Bruce as well, which we were :D and we talked a little more and I took my picture with him and told him Avenue Q was my birthday present, because my birthday was yesterday and he wished me happy birthday and rubbed my back ^_^ and we talked about his performance and he told us how he felt like he was high on coffee because the show goes by in a rush. And how he liked Twitter because with the stage door, you only meet people for a short time, but with twitter you could actually keep in touch better. I have to tell you, this guy is the sweetest guy i know!

Paul, if you read this, you seriously rock my world!!

Love,

Mo (the Dutchie ;) )
